Pursuant to the provisions of the Litter Pollution Act 1997 (as amended) Wexford County Council proposes to replace its Litter Management Plan.
A copy of the proposed replacement plan, Draft Litter Management Plan 2024-2027, may be inspected at the offices of Wexford County Council. The proposed replacement plan may also be viewed on and/or downloaded from the public consultation portal on Wexford County Council’s website https://consult.wexfordcoco.ie/ and a copy may be obtained free of charge from the Environment Department of Wexford County Council.
Written submissions made to Wexford County Council via the Public Consultation Portal on the above-mentioned website in relation to the proposed replacement plan will be taken into consideration by the Council before the replacement plan is implemented.
