Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council intends to close the road listed hereunder to vehicular traffic from 5 am to 10 am on Sunday 18 September 2022, to facilitate essential maintenance works to the Bank of Ireland building at Custom House Quay, Wexford.
Road Closure: Wellington Place, Commercial Quay, Custom House Quay, Crescent Quay & Paul Quay (R730-33/34), Wexford, from its junction with Redmond Square (R730) to its junction the Kink Street (R733).
Alternative Route: From Redmond Square to Spawell Road to Hill Street to Newtown Road to Clonard Road to Summerhill Road to Talbot Green to Green Street to Thomas Street to Joseph Street to Faythe Lane to Kevin Barry Street to Parnell Street to Trinity Street via the R730, R769, L3503, L3504, L7540, L3509, R889, R733, R730 and the R723.
Alternative routes will be signposted. Local access will be facilitated.
Any person wishing to object to the closing of this road should lodge the objection in writing via the online portal or in hard copy before 12.00 noon on Tuesday 30 August, 2022 to the County Secretary, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.
