Wexford County Council invites the public to make formal submissions for the proposed name of its cemetery at Enniscorthy.
The proposal should reflect the local townslands, landscape, culture or historical persons associated with the area. Place names should be easily pronounced, and the use of the Irish Language is encouraged, where possible. The name proposed, or one very similar, should not be in the electoral area. Proposals should also be cognizant of the multi-denominational/non-denominational nature of this municipal cemetery.
