Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council intends to close the roads listed hereunder to vehicular traffic during the time window of 20:00 hours on Wednesday 24 August to 06:00 hours on Thursday 25 August 2022, to facilitate essential track maintenance works to Public Road Level Crossing XR140.
Road Closures L2033-1 at Edermine from its junction with the R772 at Cooraun, Edermine to its junction with the L2045-2 at Kilgibbon, Bree.
Alternative Route From Cooraun to Brownswood to Salville or Motabeg to Kilagoley to Enniscorthy to St John’s to Lucas’s Park to Tomnalossett to Monfin to Ballinapierce to Dunamore to Park to Borrmount to Kilgibbon via the R772, R744 and the L2045
Alternative routes will be signposted. Local access will be facilitated.
Any person wishing to object to the closing of this road should lodge the objection in writing via the online portal or in hard copy before 12.00 noon on Tuesday 9 August 2022 to the County Secretary, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.
