Chief Executive’s Report on the Submissions and Observations received on the Draft Wexford County Development Plan 2021 – 2027
The closing date for submissions and observations on the Draft Wexford County Development Plan 2021-2027 was the 9th December 2020. A Chief Executive’s Report has been prepared on the submissions and observations received. This report summarises the main issues raised in submissions and observations and outlines the response of the Chief Executive as well as recommendations for proposed amendments to the Draft Plan, where appropriate, to address the issues raised.
Your views and suggestions
A total of 168 submissions were received during the public consultation period on the Draft Wexford County Development Plan 2021 – 2027. Wexford County Council would like to thank everyone who made submissions and observations on the Draft Plan.
Outcomes
The Chief Executive's report was circulated to the Elected Members of Wexford County Council on the 21st April 2021. A copy of the report is available to download below:

The Wexford County Development Plan 2022-2028 was adopted by the Elected Members of Wexford County Council at the Special Meeting of the Council held on Monday, 13th June 2022. The Plan comes into effect on Monday, 25th July 2022. The Plan is available to view and download here.
