Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council intends to close the roads listed hereunder to vehicular traffic during the time window of Monday 11 April 2022 to Friday 29 April 2022, to facilitate road resurfacing works following recent installation of sewerage pipes.
Road Closures 1: R770-1 at Ballyhack, from Byrnes Bar and shop to its junction with the L8080-4 at Kilhile.
Alternative Route 1: From Kilhile to Arthurstown to Stafford’s Cross Roads to Ballyhack via the R770, R733, and the L4053.
Road Closure 2: Strand Road (L81155-0), Arthurstown, from its junction with Main Street to the entrance of the Arthurstown Pier.
Alternative Route 2: None available (Cul-de-sac road).
Alternative routes will be signposted. Local access will be facilitated.
Any person wishing to object to the closing of this road should lodge the objection in writing via the online portal or in hard copy before 12.00 noon on Tuesday 15 March, 2022 to the County Secretary, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.
