Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council intends to close the road listed hereunder to vehicular traffic for two days during the time window of Thursday 15 September 2022 to Friday 7 October 2022, to facilitate essential maintenance works to O’Hanrahan Bridge, New Ross, Co Wexford.
Road Closure: O’Hanrahan Bridge (R723-5), New Ross, from its junction with the Quay, New Ross (L4508) to its junction the L4509 at Rosbercon, New Ross.
Alternative Route: From Rosbercon to the Glenmore Roundabout, Co. Kilkenny to the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Bridge to Stokestown Co. Wexford to the Quay, New Ross via the R723, N25, R733 and the R723.
Alternative routes will be signposted. Local access will be facilitated.
Any person wishing to object to the closing of this road should lodge the objection in writing via the online portal or in hard copy before 12.00 noon on Tuesday 23 August, 2022 to the County Secretary, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.
