Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council intends to close the road listed hereunder to vehicular traffic from Monday 28 February 2022 to Friday 15 April 2022, to facilitate roadworks associated with the High Hill Norman Garden.
Road Closure: North Street (L4508-6) New Ross, from its junction with Quay Street to its Junction with Bridge Street.
Alternative Route 1: From Quay Street to Mary Street to Haughton Place to Mountgarrett lane to College Road to John Street via L4501, L4502, L8505, L8504 and the L4508.
Alternative Route 2: From Mary Street to Barrack Lane to Michael Street to Nunnery lane to Haughton Place to Mountgarrett lane to College Road to John Street via L8511, L4507, L8513, L4504,L4501, L4502, L8505, L8504 and the L4508.
Alternative routes will be signposted. Local access will be facilitated.
Any person wishing to object to the closing of this road should lodge the objection in writing via the online portal or in hard copy before 12.00 noon on Monday 7 February, 2022 to the County Secretary, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.
