Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council intends to close the road listed hereunder to HGV and light commercial vehicular traffic only for a one week period between 24th January 2022 and 19th February 2022 to facilitate Footpath Installation, water main installation and road reconstruction works as part of the R772 Ferns Village Pavement Scheme Ph2.
Road Closure: L-1023 Station Road from its junction with the R772 (Ferns to Camolin Road), to its junction with the L-1022.
Via L-6071 Dorans Bridge to Effernogue, L6067 Clone, L6068 Clone to Killabeg, L2021 Killabeg to Scarawalsh and the R772 (Ferns Road).
Alternative routes will be signposted. Local access will be facilitated.
Any person wishing to object to the closing of this road should lodge the objection in writing via the online portal or in hard copy before 12.00 noon on Monday 20th December, 2021 to the County Secretary, Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford.
